Zhejiang Xinghan Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022, headquartered in Hangzhou. We focus on AI computing operation service, with a self-developed AI computing platform (computing power router) and edge AI computing network as our core infrastructure — serving the compute demands of enterprises and developers building AI applications.

Founded — Zhejiang Xinghan Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. is established with a clear focus on compute operation as its core direction.
Self-built platform — In-house R&D of the AI computing platform begins, building compute aggregation and scheduling capabilities.
Technical foundation — Continued refinement of the platform and routing, integrating multiple mainstream models to solidify the tech base.
Products ship — StarClaw agents and smart terminals launch, closing the software + hardware loop; the StarClaw brand is established and go-to-market begins.
Ecosystem scale — The one-core-three-wings matrix matures, the Token economy deepens, and the nationwide local service network expands.
